Site Manager (Fit Out)

• Supervise day-to-day on-site fit-out activities, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow and high productivity.
• Monitor site progress, report deviations, and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation for project tracking and handover.
• Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Support procurement and material management on-site, ensuring timely availability of resources
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient working environment on site.
