- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients and manage all service related communications.
- Track and respond to client queries and requests within agreed service level agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Coordinate quarterly account management meetings between Key Account Managers and corporate clients.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers and clients to ensure all documentation is submitted for new, ex fleet, or pre lease orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including contract origination, logistics, and account management to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Track vehicles undergoing maintenance or registration renewal and communicate estimated timelines to customers.
- Handle initial escalation of customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently before further escalation.
- Monitor contract renewal timelines and notify clients of renewal options before agreement expiration.
- Schedule vehicle offhire processes within the system to enable vehicle collection and contract closure.
- Close agreements in the system after vehicle return, ensuring accurate records of traffic fines, tolls, and chargebacks.
- Provide management with customer feedback and insights to support service improvements.
- Assist in resolving complex client service issues through coordination with internal departments.
- Support implementation of customer experience initiatives to improve overall service quality.
- University degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, account management, or sales coordination.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and relationship management practices.
