  • Maintain and submit operational KPI reports to track last mile delivery performance
  • Ensure system procedures are followed according to operational protocols
  • Classify, sort, file, and archive operational documents and delivery records
  • Post completed delivery orders daily and follow up with stores and service providers regarding pending orders
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of delivery postings using proof of delivery confirmations and fulfillment records
  • Monitor team performance through spot checks to ensure service quality standards are maintained
  • Support last mile delivery operations to improve on time fulfillment performance
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and delivery related concerns affecting customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of proof of delivery documentation for handling customer escalations
  • Ensure equipment and operational tools used by delivery teams are maintained properly
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with operational safety standards
  • Support coordination between delivery teams and retail operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
  • Two to three years of experience in last mile delivery services or logistics operations
  • Experience supporting delivery coordination or order fulfillment operations
  • Familiarity with furniture delivery or home assembly logistics operations is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Customer focused approach with the ability to manage operational documentation accurately
