- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with physical impairments, injuries, disabilities, and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and independence
- Apply a range of rehabilitation techniques including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and use of assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress, outcomes, and functional improvements, adjusting treatment plans as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and nursing staff
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and rehabilitation records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development activities
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Minimum 5 years experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center setting
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Strong ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage
