Just as important to us is your ability to demonstrate a talent for dealing with people - your colleagues and our customers and delivering service that really goes the extra mile.Job Purpose:To support the Litigation function by assisting in managing legal disputes, court cases, and external counsel coordination while ensuring compliance with UAE laws, minimizing legal risk, and protecting the Bank’s interests.Principal Accountabilities:· Assist in handling litigation cases, disputes, and legal claims involving the Bank.· Support in preparing case files, pleadings, legal briefs, and correspondence for court proceedings.· Liaise with external lawyers, courts, and authorities under the supervision of senior legal staff.· Track litigation matters, court hearings, deadlines, and judgments to ensure timely follow‑up.· Assist in reviewing and responding to legal notices, claims, and court documents.· Support execution cases, debt recovery matters, and enforcement proceedings.· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation required for cases.· Assist in legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and court precedents.· Maintain accurate litigation records and case trackers.· Support internal legal projects and other assigned litigation-related tasks.Requirements:Education and Experience:

1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or dispute resolution, with understanding of UAE laws and court procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university. UAE Bar or relevant legal certification is an advantage.
