  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale construction claims and disputes (including claims preparation, negotiation, adjudication, mediation and all types of ADR).
  • Involvement in non-contentious (including dispute avoidance, training and workshops, drafting agreements and standard terms and conditions, contract reviews and negotiation, and providing management and site team with practical advice on specialist, large scale complex or problem projects).
QualificationsYou're a Great Fit If You HaveMinimum 3 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in project finance, PPP, infrastructure, and construction projectsProven experience as an in-house or business-focused legal counselStrong understanding of corporate external environment and regulatory influencesAbility to develop proactive and defensive legal strategies with high ethical standardsExcellent analytical skills, sound judgment, and strong attention to detailOutstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven track record in managing contentious matters end to endSolid knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal documentation proceduresFamiliarity with local courts and arbitration forums (ICC, DIAC, DIFC, etc.)Ability to analyze issues, prepare legal opinions, and implement legal solutionsCapability to supervise, train, and coordinate legal teams and consultantsKnowledge of current legal trends, financial and business analysis, and community legal resourcesLaw degree required; master's in Construction Law and fluency in Arabic and/or French are advantageousWhy You'll Enjoy Working with Us
