Waterpark Operations Manager - Atlantis Resorts - Dubai, UAE

• Oversee daily operations of Aquaventure waterpark, pools, beaches, and related recreational facilities
• Coordinate with senior operations management to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality guest experiences
• Lead, train, and develop Team Leaders, lifeguards, and junior management teams
• Ensure 100 percent compliance with third-party safety standards and UAE regulatory requirements
• Conduct daily inspections of rides, water attractions, pools, and beach areas before guest access
• Manage performance reviews, colleague engagement initiatives, and disciplinary processes when required
• Collaborate with Resort Recreation teams to manage cabanas, guest service huts, water sports, and buggy services
• Maintain strong cross-department communication with hotel operations, guest services, and support functions
• Monitor service delivery standards and anticipate guest needs to enhance overall satisfaction
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of operations staff

• Minimum high school education or equivalent qualification
• Certification or experience with Ellis and Associates lifeguard training standards preferred
• Proven leadership experience in waterpark, resort recreation, or large-scale leisure facility management
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with attention to operational detail
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage high-volume guest environments in Dubai luxury tourism sector
