- Promote patient safety practices and support quality improvement initiatives across departments
- Collect, validate, and analyze quality and patient safety data for reporting and insights
- Assist in identifying and implementing performance improvement projects
- Conduct case reviews and support investigation of quality and safety concerns
- Support development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and service standards
- Maintain quality records, databases, and documentation systems
- Assist in accreditation preparation, coordination, and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate quality meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action plans
- Support audits, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives using quality methodologies
