This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring that patient services, staffing, financial performance, and compliance standards align with organizational objectives. - Take full ownership of day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, supporting performance, engagement, and development
- Monitor clinic financials including budgeting, cost control, and revenue performance
- Ensure strict compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare standards, and internal policies
- Manage workforce planning including scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Oversee procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and facility operations
- Improve patient flow, service quality, and operational efficiency through continuous monitoring
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes professionally
- Collaborate with physicians and medical leadership to maintain clinical excellence
- Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
- Emirati national with valid family book
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare management roles
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and patient services
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to manage complex environments and deliver results under pressure
