Logistics Specialist Retail Supply Chain - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Execute end-to-end supply chain operations for assigned merchandise while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage requests for quotation and logistics service arrangements in accordance with approved processes and service level agreements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries to stores including replenishment orders, launch merchandise, returns, and non-merchandise shipments.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support visual merchandising launches and marketing initiatives across retail locations.
• Provide regular shipment status updates to internal stakeholders and resolve delivery issues or discrepancies with logistics partners.
• Prepare logistics performance reports and verify service provider invoices according to agreed commercial terms.
• Track logistics budgets and monitor cost performance by comparing planned budgets with actual expenditures.
• Coordinate billing documentation with finance teams and shared service centers to ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Support sustainability initiatives aligned with the company's operational strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with third-party logistics providers and monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators and service level agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Up to two years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, or distribution roles.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including transportation, inventory movement, and distribution.
• Experience managing high-volume operational transactions is an advantage.
• Exposure to multi-site retail logistics operations is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced operational environments.
