M&A Associate (Arabic Speaking)

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East and internationally.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Work closely with partners and cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Build relationships with regional clients including sovereign wealth funds and major corporates.

• 1–2 years’ PQE gained at a leading international law firm.
• Experience in M&A or corporate transactions.
• Arabic language skills required.
• Background from a Magic Circle, elite US firm or comparable international practice preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and organisational abilities.
