Ground Operations Manager / Head of Ground Operations Role OverviewThe Ground Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring flawless on-site delivery of a large workforce, scaling to 10,000+ laborers. The role focuses on workforce mobilization, attendance, on time site presence and client relationship management, ensuring all manpower is deployed on time, fully compliant and meeting client expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily deployment and on-site presence of currently ~5000+ workers across client locations.Build scalable operational processes to support growth to 10,000+ workforce.Own workforce attendance, punctuality and site readiness.Act as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring service delivery, issue resolution and relationship continuity.Identify delivery gaps and implement corrective actions.Coordinate closely with the Transport Manager to ensure smooth workforce movement without direct reporting lines.Lead ground operations teams, supervisors and site coordinators.Ensure compliance with UAE labor, safety and operational standards. Experience & Profile10+ years in high-volume operations, manpower services, facilities management or logistics.Proven experience managing 10,000+ workforce at scale.Strong client-facing and operational leadership skills.Experience operating in the UAE
