- Lead the daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth branch sales performance.
- Achieve branch sales targets, gross margin objectives, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Monitor and improve sales processes including prospecting, customer follow-up, trade-in evaluations, and finance product sales.
- Ensure accurate tracking of prospects, vehicle enquiries, and conversion performance through sales systems.
- Guide, motivate, and coach sales managers, showroom supervisors, and sales executives to achieve strong individual and team results.
- Maintain high showroom standards, vehicle display quality, and overall brand image within the branch.
- Monitor vehicle stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability for customers.
- Enforce financial compliance including cash handling procedures, credit control policies, and risk management.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and automotive market trends to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Support resolution of customer complaints and maintain a high standard of customer engagement and service delivery.
- Ensure all QHSE and operational safety procedures are implemented within the branch environment.
- Promote team engagement, professional development, and strong internal collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in direct sales, ideally within automotive retail or consumer durable sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience managing showroom or dealership sales teams.
- Strong leadership ability to guide and motivate diverse sales teams.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle products, automotive market trends, and customer expectations.
- Proven experience achieving sales targets and improving showroom profitability.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision making skills.
