- Achieve and exceed branch unit sales, gross margin, and CSI targets.
- Ensure adherence to sales systems, prospecting processes, and the achievement of KPIs such as prospects logged, trade ins, accessories, and F&I product sales.
- Maintain sales standards across the branch to support customer satisfaction and strengthen the company’s brand reputation.
- Guide, motivate, and develop the branch team, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and aligned development plans.
- Monitor and enforce company procedures related to cash handling and credit control to minimize bad debts and ensure financial compliance.
- Oversee vehicle stock availability, showroom upkeep, and branch asset maintenance to project a premium brand image.
- Track competitor activities, analyze product comparisons, and share market intelligence with sales teams and management.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of automotive technology, market trends, and customer handling skills.
- Ensure all QHSE and IMS requirements are fully implemented, including emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Support customer and associate engagement by ensuring timely resolution of complaints and maintaining service excellence.
