- Lead complex pre-contract cost management deliverables across multiple projects
- Prepare and oversee feasibility studies, cost plans, procurement strategies, BOQs, and tender evaluation reports
- Manage contract award documentation and support project lifecycle financial control
- Guide and supervise measurement activities within the cost consultancy team
- Drive value engineering and value management workshops to optimize project budgets
- Develop and interpret benchmarking data for accurate cost forecasting
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget constraints
- Monitor performance of Project Surveyors and junior team members
- Ensure all outputs comply with the AECOM Project Delivery System standards
- Coordinate closely with senior leadership to maintain schedule and quality expectations
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant cost consultancy and pre-contract experience
- Strong background in cost planning across all project stages
- Consultancy-based pre-contract expertise is mandatory
- Experience in post-contract exposure and construction phase coordination is advantageous
- RICS membership preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
