- Deploy Quality policy, EQMS across all Suppliers working with SCM and Group Suppliers management teams for Eaton Dubai campus.
- Maintain suppliers approval documention and manage incoming inspection activities at DDC (D P World) and Eaton Dubai plants, ensuring proper recording of inspections in SAP system and batch inspection reports according to the ISO standards requirement and Eaton standards.
- Plan and conduct yearly Suppliers auditing in consulation with SCM and Eaton Group Suppliers Quality Teams and drive / monitor ensuring timely completion with the help of supplier auditors.
- Coordinate and manage parts compliances such as REACH, RoHS, LVD, EMC, WEEE and Other relevant standards from suppliers in coordination with SCM and Eaton group compliance certification teams to ensure product certifications.
- Support and work closely with quality process engineers for driving continual improvements, trainings and quality KPIs.
- Validate along with quality process engineers IQC control plan and work instruction, as well as Packaging work instruction.
- Support Dubai Campus ISO systems Engineer for external ISO certification body for annual auditing program, reports and initiating corrective actions, as required.
- Work closely with Dubai Campus ISO systems Engineer, EHS representative for MESH documentation and Other Functional Entity's within Dubai site.
- Act as Quality interlocutor for other EATON plant and EMS, and for internal/external quality/customer audit.
- Support Production Continuous Improvement initiatives, Kaizen events and VSM for supplier parts.
- Lead, as Quality expert, cross functional team for Customer and internal quality crisis root cause analysis and action plan definition.
- Enhance I4.0 initiatives with Quality requests related to Traceability, SPC, and other needed inputs for quality purpose.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a Master's in Quality Management.
- +7 years of experience in management of ISO certifications and documentation and quality functions in manufacturing industries, energy businesses and EPC projects.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement methodologies and various quality tools (8D, A3 Report, FMEA, APQP and PPAP etc..)
- Certified Lead auditor and/or Internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO 22301 from accredited bodies.
- Certified Six Sigma Green or Black belt.
- Strong understanding in electronics and or other manufacturing processes and equipments.
- Srong understanding and knowedge of REACH, RoHS, LVD, EMC, WEEE and other relevant standards to Electronics industries.
- Knowledge of ESD safety procedures and quality control practices.
- Good communication with pedagogic skills and spirit of synthesis.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work with multiple plant stakeholders, R&D engineers, and strongly support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safety oriented in operations, in line with EATON MESH and operational activities.
