- Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures and baseline schedules
- Monitor project progress and analyze cost and schedule variances
- Support project managers with planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Apply earned value management techniques to track performance and project health
- Conduct time impact analysis and manage change control processes
- Track manpower, labor hours, and cost requirements against project budgets
- Support procurement tracking including subcontract and purchase order commitments
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance trend analysis
- Participate in project review meetings and provide actionable insights
- Ensure alignment with financial systems and project control procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in planning or project controls within infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in roads, bridges, or transportation projects
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
- Solid understanding of WBS structures, EVMS, and cost control methodologies
- Experience in time impact analysis and contract change management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a site-based, fast-paced project environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
