- Promoting the company’s services, building customer relationships, and contributing to strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operational matters, aiming to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Identifying new customers and identifying the projects of the existing/prospective clients in the market through research
- Arrange meetings with existing clients and prospective clients to explore business opportunities as needed
- Liaise with clients for the renewal of training/inspection certificates
- Negotiate proposals, terms, and pricing with clients while adhering to company policies and profitability goals
- Follow up with a client for order confirmation from the client and verify the order confirmation terms and conditions
- Prepare the Work Order timely and with the correct information.
- Make sure the work order is completed successfully and provide the necessary details for the invoice preparation.
- Coordinate and manage the sales process, from order generation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepares sales/marketing reports and submits to the Sales/Marketing Head
- Arrange a courier to deliver the training certificates and invoice
- Maintains the sales and marketing database.
- Maintain the trackers and submit them in a timely manner.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business administration or any related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Prior experience in operations coordination
- Experience in Health and Safety training industry will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent in negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic or Hindi will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing and social media marketing strategies and operations
