Job Title: Sous ChefQualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary/ Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
1-3 years of experience in professional kitchen operations
Prior experience in UAE hospitality industry requiredRequirements:
Must be currently based in the UAE
Proven experience in fast-paced hotel or restaurant kitchens
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards
Ability to lead and support kitchen staff under pressure
