Department: Payments DepartmentJob OverviewWe are seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to manage daily payment operations, monitor transaction performance, and ensure a smooth and secure payment experience. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external payment partners in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily performance of payment channels (e.g., success rates, stability)
- Track deposit and withdrawal transactions and resolve abnormal issues
- Handle user payment inquiries and improve overall payment experience
- Support integration and maintenance of third-party payment providers
- Prepare basic reports and assist with data analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal risk control and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in payments, finance, or related industries (preferred)
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (required)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of payment systems and fund flows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the iGaming or online industry is an advantage
- Role requires high attention to detail, responsiveness, and reliability
- Exposure to multi-country payment systems and operational processes
