• Manage complete POS terminal preparation including software installation, parameter configuration, key injection, and readiness validation prior to merchant deployment.
• Oversee segregation, tracking, and processing of faulty or repaired terminals, ensuring accurate logging and vendor coordination.
• Conduct quality verification before returning repaired terminals to stock.
• Perform ongoing POS terminal maintenance and provide e commerce device support to ensure uninterrupted payment acceptance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and update gateway configurations when required.
• Execute terminal fulfillment operations including dispatch coordination, inventory tracking, and documentation accuracy.
