  • Provide directions, answer general inquiries, and promptly notify the relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with friendliness and professionalism.
  • Assist callers by providing information, directing calls to the appropriate individuals, or taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary resources. This includes monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as brochures, forms, and informational materials.
  • Coordinate with different departments and personnel within the organization, relaying messages, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective communication flow.
  • Verify visitor identification, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
