- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- Extend a warm welcome to visitors and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide directions, answer general inquiries, and promptly notify the relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
- Handle incoming phone calls with friendliness and professionalism.
- Assist callers by providing information, directing calls to the appropriate individuals, or taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary resources. This includes monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as brochures, forms, and informational materials.
- Coordinate with different departments and personnel within the organization, relaying messages, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective communication flow.
- Verify visitor identification, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
