Global Specialist Training and Rollout Freight Forwarding Systems - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Act as the global subject matter expert and super user for Tech-in-a-Box cross functional systems used in freight forwarding operations
• Coordinate global training initiatives to ensure consistent implementation and adoption of logistics systems
• Liaise with global IT teams to define system requirements and support system deployment activities
• Manage training programs for global teams including train the trainer initiatives and operational learning sessions
• Ensure compliance with standard Tech-in-a-Box processes through audits and collaboration with regional super users
• Communicate system functionality issues and recommend improvements to operations leadership and IT teams
• Support release management activities including system updates, training communication, and monitoring adoption of new processes
• Assist with global operational excellence initiatives involving CRM, quotation tools, customer platforms, and master data systems
• Coordinate and monitor user acceptance testing activities to ensure systems meet operational requirements
• Work with regional super users to ensure all training tasks and learning resources are delivered effectively
• Manage global training programs for new and existing users to ensure consistent competency across regions

• Create knowledge resources including FAQs, knowledge base documentation, and support materials

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience working with logistics systems development and operational training programs
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes including air freight and ocean freight operations
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain visibility platforms
