- Conduct regular training needs assessments for Emirati employees and identify skill and performance gaps
- Analyze performance metrics and feedback to define targeted training interventions
- Design and deliver induction programs for new hires covering systems, processes, and insurance fundamentals
- Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, underwriting processes, and claims handling
- Develop and deliver training modules for customer service, telephone effectiveness, operations, and client handling
- Support Emirati employees with career development through personalized coaching and guidance
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for compliance, audits, and reporting
- Coordinate with external training agencies on program requirements and development
- Create engaging training content tailored to different learning needs and formats
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a progressive organization, including at least 3 years in a trainer role
- Strong knowledge of general insurance and related lines of business
- UAE insurance experience or insurance exposure within GCC countries
- Experience in insurance sales training and motivating Emirati employees is an advantage
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Key role supporting Emiratization and national talent development initiatives
