Job PurposeThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them and cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Job DescriptionBespineers Conduct

Additional ResponsibilitiesSales and Account Planning
  • Understand their business models and needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and anticipate future business growth trends and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Execute the sales objectives and meet the defined monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
  • Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely completion & submission of pre-qualification documents
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention.
  • Generate, manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify, reach and engage key decision makers in your territory through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references & industry events etc
Additional Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management within SMB.
  • Engage effectively with entire sales team to develop and implement customer account plans.
  • Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies and vertical market growth within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Educate on and promote Bespin Global solutions and services.
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and relationship longevity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our clients' needs are met.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client issues, resolving them promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new client & business relationships to ensure new business & projects are identified.
  • Maintain excellent relations with existing clients & potential clients for the pre-qualification in tendering process & ensure Bespin Global be in a position to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities
