- Understand their business models and needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and anticipate future business growth trends and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Execute the sales objectives and meet the defined monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
- Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely completion & submission of pre-qualification documents
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention.
- Generate, manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
- Identify, reach and engage key decision makers in your territory through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references & industry events etc
- Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management within SMB.
- Engage effectively with entire sales team to develop and implement customer account plans.
- Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies and vertical market growth within assigned territory and accounts.
- Educate on and promote Bespin Global solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and relationship longevity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our clients' needs are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for client issues, resolving them promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate new client & business relationships to ensure new business & projects are identified.
- Maintain excellent relations with existing clients & potential clients for the pre-qualification in tendering process & ensure Bespin Global be in a position to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or IT relevant degrees
- Public Cloud Certifications
