- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
