- Provide administrative support to the investment team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of investment reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Maintain and organise electronic and physical files, databases, and documentation related to investment activities.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team.
- Assist with special projects, research assignments, and data analysis as directed by team members.
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of team events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical planning and coordination.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a financial services or investment environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
