- To support the FX manager Sales to develop differentiated sales and business development approach for different regions.
- To focus on product propositions across all FX Transactions and other related propositions to maximize revenue contributions.
- To coach VRM/HVRM to enhance FX business generation opportunities.
- To do joint calling with campaign callers/ HVRM/VRM and understand the client need and advise them accordingly.
- To ensure optimum client calls are conducted on a weekly basis to maximize primary transaction banking sales.
- To proactively drive new-to-bank business to increase presence in the identified target segments.
- To arrange for relevant facility approvals as per the clients FX suitability and generate business under parameterized trade program
- To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG so as to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, co-ordination and cross referrals
- Launch customer campaigns and drive FX growth via DIGITAL initiatives
- Preferably a management graduate with 4-5 years relevant working experience in-depth knowledge of products, services & delivery channels available for SME customers.
- Experience in FX products in UAE market with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in this segment.
- Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business banking
- Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
