o Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives to deliver maximum business value.
- System Identification and Implementation:
o Lead the entire product lifecycle, including selection, configuration, testing, and deployment of new or enhanced systems.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT Business Partner or similar role, specifically working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and/or financial systems (ERP, general ledger, etc.) and/or Legal systems (contract…)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to IT teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of structuring ambiguous requirements into clear deliverables.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.
