- Assist in preparing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in the CMMS system to ensure proper upkeep of plant and equipment
- Input, update, and validate work orders, labor hours, and material costs within CMMS for accurate maintenance tracking
- Collect and compile operational data from multiple sources to generate periodic reports for planning supervisors and management
- Maintain accurate records of equipment assets, maintenance history, new installations, and asset disposals in the CMMS database
- Extract technical information from operation and maintenance manuals to prepare draft maintenance checklists
- Coordinate with internal teams for the receipt, documentation, and distribution of operation and maintenance manuals
- Track maintenance work progress and report delays or scheduling issues to the Supervisor Planner
- Support maintenance planning activities by reviewing backlog tasks and assisting with resource planning
- Prepare reports, charts, and dashboards to provide visibility into maintenance performance and operational efficiency
- Provide administrative and technical support to the maintenance planning section
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance planning and reporting practices
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems in industrial or infrastructure environments
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning processes
- Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation
- Knowledge of equipment asset tracking and maintenance lifecycle management
