It plays a key role in ensuring efficient material flow, accurate documentation, and timely support for power plant operations and maintenance activities.Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support including quotations, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and site access logistics
- Manage document control systems for accuracy and compliance
- Generate purchase orders, handle invoicing, and track payment status
- Coordinate shipping documentation such as bills of lading and logistics paperwork
- Maintain records of customer data, sales activity, and inventory usage
- Perform inventory control and manage parts for power plant equipment
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Coordinate pre-packing, logistics planning, and shipping activities
- Support maintenance activities and ensure parts readiness for operations
- Assist in scheduling manpower, tools, and procedures for maintenance events
- Handle site coordination tasks including procurement and contractor management
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or material control
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders
