The Lounge Manager position at Atlantis Resorts Dubai assists the General Manager in overseeing daily lounge operations, driving guest satisfaction, managing team performance, and supporting financial and operational targets for a high-end food and beverage outlet.Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in maintaining the highest service and quality standards
- Oversee daily operations of Nobu Prive and Bar Lounge
- Lead, motivate, and develop colleagues through training and coaching
- Drive service excellence and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Support departmental profitability through cost control and revenue focus
- Participate in auditing, stock control, and inventory management
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of food and beverage colleagues
- Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar lounge or restaurant management role
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- International hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food and beverage service excellence
