• Supervising and following up on the implementation of procedures, regulations and systems for human resources and financial resources Purchases and accessories.

• Asset and property management in the Authority
• Preparing and updating procurement plans and supervising their implementation.
• Contributing to identifying opportunities for improvement and development of the approved regulations, systems and policies
• Planning and balancing human resource needs and developing functional structures
• Developing talent management, succession and career path plans.
• Managing all human resources affairs procedures in accordance with the approved systems, laws and regulations
• Building systems and databases for members, finance, procurement, and services, and monitoring and updating them continuously.
• Proposing appropriate amendments to the rules and procedures for human resources, financial resources, accounting, digital transformation, contracts, procurement, and administrative services, and proposing their development.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, reducing costs and wasting public money.
• Supervising the preparation and approval of manuals, frameworks, policies and procedures for human resources, financial resources, digital transformation, contracts, procurement and administrative services From the competent authority and updated continuously.
