The Client Service Director ensures consistent service quality, supports business development, and works closely with operations and product teams to deliver efficient and compliant client solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational relationships with assigned custody clients ensuring high service standards
- Build strong relationships with client decision makers to support retention and business growth
- Handle client enquiries and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Maintain service plans, client profiles, and structured engagement programs with key stakeholders
- Support acquisition of new clients and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials for client engagement
- Manage sales pipeline activities and track deal progress to ensure successful conversion
- Oversee onboarding of new clients through structured implementation plans
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Apply knowledge of securities services, market practices, and regulatory frameworks
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and expand service offerings
- Degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in securities services, custody, or banking industry
- At least 3 years in client management, relationship management, or custody operations roles
- Strong understanding of custody services and financial markets
- Experience in managing senior client relationships within financial institutions
- Ability to drive business growth and manage complex client portfolios
