The position plays a key role in shaping infrastructure design outcomes and driving team performance.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery of bridge and civil structure designs across multiple projects
  • Conduct detailed technical reviews and quality checks before design submissions
  • Plan and allocate engineering resources to meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with project managers and discipline leads to manage workflows and deliverables
  • Set priorities and ensure alignment between technical and project management teams
  • Engage with clients and regulatory authorities to present and discuss engineering solutions
  • Provide leadership and direction to structural engineering teams
  • Report on project delivery, staffing utilization, and performance to senior management
  • Support recruitment, mentoring, and development of engineering team members
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in bridges and structures design
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, engineering principles, and project delivery frameworks
  • Experience working in UAE or GCC markets preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive high-performance teams
