  • Manage Common Data Environment platforms including ProjectWise and ACC
  • Establish modeling standards, catalog compliance, and parametric family development guidelines
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to BIM teams and production staff
  • Develop baseline schedules for modeling activities and track progress against milestones
  • Support budget forecasting and delivery estimates for BIM resources
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to integrate digital models effectively
  • Generate performance reports and key performance indicators for management review
  • Review and mitigate risks related to digital modeling scope and technical deliverables

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management within large-scale infrastructure or development programs
  • Professional BIM certification preferred
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary modeling teams
  • Expert knowledge of core BIM and CAD software platforms
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control standards in digital modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staffing plans, training programs, and workflow optimization
