This position leads brand-level media planning and execution while managing agency partnerships and digital channels. It plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility, ensuring consistent messaging, and improving return on investment across multi-channel campaigns.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead media planning and buying activities across digital and offline channels
  • Manage relationships with media and social agencies, setting KPIs and expectations
  • Oversee campaign execution, monitor pacing, and optimise performance based on insights
  • Develop and approve social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans
  • Analyse campaign performance using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient spending across platforms
  • Consolidate performance data into dashboards for reporting and decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams including merchandising, brand, and digital teams
  • Identify emerging media trends and recommend innovative campaign strategies
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing or media planning roles
  • Strong hands-on experience managing media buying and social campaigns
  • Expertise in platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising
  • Experience with analytics tools and business intelligence reporting
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement and attribution models
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
