- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, qualified leads, and revenue growth.
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning aligned with automotive sales targets, product launches, and competitive positioning.
- Generate showroom traffic and digital leads to support vehicle sales and aftersales services.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels while ensuring compliance with global automotive brand standards.
- Plan and deliver automotive product launches, promotional campaigns, partnerships, and experiential marketing events.
- Manage the digital ecosystem including performance marketing, website optimization, CRM journeys, and customer engagement channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to generate insights and improve marketing ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage marketing budgets with strict governance and performance accountability.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, CRM, network operations, and finance to support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Eight to ten years of progressive marketing experience with at least five years in automotive, mobility, or premium retail sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing large scale marketing campaigns and agency partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities across senior leadership and brand partners.
- Analytical mindset with strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
