- Provide day-to-day frontline support to aftersales service teams by resolving system queries and SAP issues
- Collaborate with Aftersales, Finance, and IT teams to analyze issues and deliver effective system solutions
- Maintain SAP master data and backend tables to ensure accurate data integration and operational efficiency
- Manage PDI package creation, troubleshoot package-related issues, and ensure timely updates
- Support appointment and time-clocking systems by maintaining accurate master data
- Reduce work in progress by resolving front-end system issues including invoicing errors, staff discounts, and package failures
- Enable smooth and timely invoicing across all service locations through reliable system operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Pricing Analyst, MIS Executive, or Business Analyst
- Graduate or Diploma holder, with automotive background preferred
- Hands-on experience with SAP IS Auto or similar ERP platforms
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Mandatory experience in automotive aftersales operations
- Key operational support role within a national automotive aftersales function
