- Keep current on market conditions, pricing trends, and legal regulations
- Develop marketing plans to promote listings via digital channels and open houses
- Build a strong network of buyers, sellers, agents, and service providers
- Provide exceptional service and consistent follow-ups to maintain client relationships

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with support from the Sales Director and management
- Previous experience in Dubai's real estate market is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms
