- Identify and qualify new HNWI leads through networking, referrals, online prospecting, and cold calls.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to source potential clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with continuous outreach and follow-up.
- Present and explain citizenship-by-investment and real estate opportunities persuasively.
- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable program or property.
- Conduct detailed consultations, prepare proposals, and close deals confidently.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
- Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Accurately report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Minimum 3-5 years proven sales experience in:
- Strong lead generation and cold calling ability.
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with HNWIs with discretion and confidence.
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are strong advantages.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Presentable, confident, and well-networked in Dubai.
