- Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests and service needs
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items to the appropriate department
- Follow safety procedures and hygiene standards while performing cleaning duties
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, cleaning services, or hospitality operations preferred
