Head of Partnerships/Offering - Abu Dhabi

• Head the development of Project partnerships strategy and drive the enhancement and innovation of the offerings through strategic collaborations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Cultivate dynamic relationships with a diverse range of local and global partners from the ideation to the execution phase, including scouting for potential collaborators, managing strategic partnerships, and acting as the principal liaison between Project Ghazal and external entities

• Master’s degree in Education/ECD, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or other relevant field
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• 7+ years of prior experience in educational program development and/or strategic partnerships, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices
• Professional experience in business and program development especially in complex environments or in a pilot/experimentation phase
• Professional experience in developing and maintaining effective and impactful partnerships with public, private, and non-profit entities across various project needs
