This role involves assisting management and staff with scheduling, communication, document preparation, and general office coordination.Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as requested.Maintain and organize office records, databases, and filing systems.Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and inventory.Provide support to other departments with administrative tasks and projects.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly office environment.Handle confidential information with discretion
