- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- UAE National with family book as required for Emiratization roles
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel
- Interest in the automotive industry and vehicle service operations
- Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop or service center environment
