We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing moving & storage company in Dubai. This role focuses on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities for local household, commercial & storage relocation services. It is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the moving, relocation or logistics sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales inquiries for local household goods and office relocation & storage services Proactively follow up on leads generated via phone, email, and website inquiries Provide accurate quotations for local moving and storage services Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their moving needs Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling of moves Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Promote additional moving services such as packing, storage, and specialty moving solutions Provide professional advice on relocation planning and moving timelines Prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process Key Skills & Experience: Experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or storage services sales Strong inside sales or customer service experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and sales management Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
