Salary: Up to AED 35,000Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
8-15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or fit-out projects
Experience with Tier 1 contractors, preferably in high-end commercial and hospitality projectsRequirements:
Strong experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for fit-out projects
Ability to manage contracts, variations, and final accounts
Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
