- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and prioritise incoming communication, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive team.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
