- Implement and maintain all visual displays and general in-store merchandising in line with brand VM guidelines.
- Re-merchandise key store areas during new theme installations and seasonal rollouts.
- Coordinate store display and theme changes aligned with brand standards.
- Develop floor plans to enhance customer flow and maximize visual impact.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across window displays and in-store presentations while integrating commercial opportunities.
- Install all graphics and promotional POS materials on time following company standards.
- Maintain photographic documentation of promotional and VM activities.
- Conduct daily store walks with the VM team and execute checklist action plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact between VM Manager and Store Management.
- Participate in weekly VM coordination calls and follow up on implementation plans.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a Visual Merchandising role.
- Strong background in furniture, home furnishing, or accessories merchandising preferred.
- High school education or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of local and international retail trends.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and accept constructive feedback.
