This role is responsible for delivering visually appealing store environments that align with brand identity and commercial objectives. The position focuses on executing seasonal displays, managing visual elements, and supporting marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.Key Responsibilities
- Implement mannequin styling based on current trends and visual directives
- Execute seasonal visual merchandising guidelines tailored to store requirements
- Create attractive wall and table displays aligned with brand concepts
- Maintain strong product knowledge including best sellers and key seasonal items
- Manage POP materials, mannequins, and display assets including storage and maintenance
- Apply visual merchandising standards and processes consistently across store areas
- Support back-of-house coordination to ensure smooth sales floor presentation
- Make merchandising decisions based on sales performance and product movement
- Prepare visual reports and document merchandising updates and campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Monitor visual activity schedules and ensure timely execution
- Manage visual merchandising tools, materials, and related costs
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail display roles
- Strong creativity with an eye for detail and design
- Good understanding of retail trends and customer behavior
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for presentation
